There is a Seiko 5 - the SNXJ90 - that I acquired at some point, I no longer remember exactly when, at a price I refuse to disclose. It is thirty-seven millimeters. It has a day and a date. The movement is a 7S26, which cannot be hand-wound and does not hack, and yet it has never once stopped. I do not wear it to Dorsia, obviously. I do not wear it to Nell's. I wear it on the mornings when I return to the apartment early and need to check the time before making tea. Reese does not know that I own this watch. I intend to keep it that way.
