The Big Pilot is a proper tool watch that wears bigger than you'd expect, but in a good way-it's got presence without being a wrist-breaking brick. The movement is solid and reliable, and if you want something that can hang with a Speedy on an adventure but brings its own character to the table, this is legitimately worth considering. That said, at this price point you're paying for the IWC name and heritage more than raw specs, but honestly, if pilot watches are your thing, that's not unreasonable.
