Look, I'm a Grand Seiko guy through and through, but this Big Pilot is legitimately impressive-the finishing is clean, the movement feels refined, and the annual calendar complication actually works without being overcomplicated. It wears beautifully and feels like proper watch engineering, though at that price point I'd probably still chase down a GS for the same money and pocket the difference. Solid 84/100, no regrets if you're committed to the IWC ecosystem.
