The Royal Oak Offshore Chronograph is a solid sports watch that wears great on the wrist and has that undeniable presence you'd expect from AP, but honestly it feels like you're paying a premium for the name and size more than anything revolutionary. The movement keeps good time and the build quality is definitely there, but at this price point I'd rather put the money toward something with more personality or unique appeal. Nice watch if you love the aesthetic and need a chunky chrono, but it's not changing my search for that elusive Nautilus anytime soon.
