Look, the Royal Oak perpetual is undeniably a grail for a lot of folks, and this one's got the complications to back up the price tag-but man, at this level you're really paying for the name and the movement complexity rather than anything that'll blow you away on the wrist. It's brilliant if you're deep into horology and actually want to use the perpetual calendar, but if you're just collecting based on hype, there are watches that punch way harder for less money. Still wouldn't kick it out of the collection, but it's more of a "flex your knowledge" piece than a "flex your wrist" piece.
