Been collecting watches for years now, and I've finally figured out what matters to me: the Tank Louis Cartier is basically the only watch that makes sense. I know that sounds extreme, but hear me out. Once you strap a Tank Louis on a good leather strap - and I mean quality leather, not that rubber garbage - every other watch just feels like a compromise. Sure, I see people posting their Submariners and Datejusts, and they're nice pieces, but they don't have that understated elegance that the Tank brings. Anyone else feel like they've found "the one" and stopped chasing watches entirely, or is it just me?
