When you're bouncing between timezones like I do, I actually rotate my GMTs at night just to keep them fresh and give the movements a rest, plus it lets me check which one needs service. Fifteen years straight is impressive though, so you're probably fine, but your Seiko 5 will thank you for an occasional night off.
